A complete academy management platform for MCMA.
The Malta Contemporary Music Academy runs a year-round academy, a Summer Academy and Band Labs. One platform covers its public website and the whole academic structure behind it: applications and enrolment, programmes, ensembles, classification and repertoire, scheduling and attendance, payments and communications, with portals where students and tutors find timetables, syllabus logs, resources and announcements. The social content for each programme is produced in the same panel.

The problem
Staff handled applications, enrolment, schedules, payments and announcements by hand. Students and tutors had no single place for timetables, syllabus records, resources and messages. The academy needed the kind of system a school runs on, sized for a music academy, plus content that matched its identity.
02 / THE APPROACH
What I built
Admissions and administration
Applications move through review and approval, then enrolment with Stripe checkout and transactional email. Staff manage ensembles, programmes, schedules, attendance, rescheduling, waitlists and announcements from one panel.
Portals and content
Student and tutor portals show timetables, resources, announcements and syllabus logs, backed by Google Calendar and Drive. A social module produces and approves Instagram carousel series inside the same panel.
