Full-scope digital delivery for Storex — the customer-facing website plus a custom CRM/operations platform that actually runs the business. The CRM tracks storage clients, unit volumes, rates and terms; generates and tracks invoices (currently wired into their existing Wix store over API as a temporary bridge — full migration to an independent system is underway); records payments; manages a built-in Gmail inbox with automated client emails; schedules through Google Calendar; and ships a self-service quote calculator — all on a dual SQLite/PostgreSQL data layer, with ongoing social media management on top.

Full end-to-end delivery for Imagic.ink — an AI image generation and editing platform. Built the marketing website, the actual desktop application (a Python/PyQt6 photo-pipeline orchestrator that ingests RAW libraries into a managed SQLite catalogue, AI auto-culls with quality scoring and perceptual-hash de-dup, and batch-processes exports via darktable/rawtherapee CLI), plus ongoing social media marketing: brand reels produced through VidMachine and on-brand Instagram carousels auto-generated with the Carousel Engine.

A custom rental and asset-management platform for premium inventory — client and asset records, availability tracking, and polished branded proposals generated and shared straight with clients. Built with React 19 and Supabase, it runs in both a local and a cloud-backed mode and is deployed at aedis.rent.

Designed and built Toolmasta — a free browser-based utility suite covering text tools, dev tools, calculators, image & media tools, PDF tools, and converters. No signup, no limits, no data stored. Everything runs 100% client-side for speed and privacy.

A custom-built, vibe-coded frontend layered on top of ilmaaPure's existing WordPress backend — clean product presentation focused on hydration and wellness, with ongoing social media marketing. Demonstrates the approach of building a polished custom experience while keeping the client's familiar CMS intact.

My agentic video-production system — a LangGraph multi-agent pipeline where a Director agent orchestrates specialised Ingest, Sourcing, Assembly, Export and QA agents to turn raw footage and a brief into finished, brand-styled videos. It stabilises drone/FPV clips with Gyroflow, maps beats with Librosa and cuts to them, transcribes with Whisper, auto-reframes to vertical with YOLOv8 subject tracking, pulls stock and generates voiceover (ElevenLabs) and music (MusicGen), then assembles with MoviePy/FFmpeg. Per-brand pipelines render on-identity edits in countless variations and can export straight to editable CapCut/Jianying drafts via my own cutcli engine — all driven from a live Streamlit studio with human-in-the-loop review.
