Websites for systems

A website that starts the work.

Fast, search-ready sites where the enquiry form, the quote calculator or the booking page feeds straight into your system, so the website is the start of the job, not a brochure next to it.

Sound familiar?

A good-looking site that loses leads.

Many small business sites look fine and quietly fail: slow on phones, invisible on Google, and with forms that email someone who is on holiday.

  • Enquiries go to one inbox and some never get answered.
  • The site is slow on mobile and doesn’t show up in local search.
  • Quotes need a phone call because the site can’t price anything.
  • Every small change means waiting for the agency.
What gets built

The parts, shaped to you.

Pick the ones you need. Each is built around how your team already works, then joined up on one set of data.

Hand-built and fast

Lightweight pages, compressed images and clean code, so the site is quick on a phone.

Built for search

Page structure, metadata, schema, sitemaps and a page for each service and place you want to be found for.

Forms that feed the CRM

Every enquiry stored, referenced and routed, so none are lost to an inbox.

Quote calculators

Visitors price the job themselves, and the quote lands in your system.

Bookings and payments

Book and pay on the site, connected to your calendar and records.

Editable by you

Change text, photos and products yourself, without touching code.

Shops and catalogues

Shopify where it fits best, or a custom catalogue or store when it doesn’t.

Several languages

English, Maltese, Italian or others, kept in step automatically.

How integrations work
A good fit if
  • Your site should bring in work, not just describe it.
  • You want enquiries, quotes or bookings to land in a system.
  • Being found on Google for your services and towns matters.
Not the right call if
  • You need a one-page online business card. A simple launch site will do, and I build those too.
How it runs

From first call to daily use.

The same five steps on every project, sized to yours.

  1. 01A short call or the quote builder

Tell me how the business runs today: the tools, the workarounds, the bit that drives you mad. The quote builder takes about five minutes and gives me a scoped brief.

  2. 02A fixed quote, in phases

I reply with a fixed price and a phase plan. The must-haves go first, so you are using the system while the rest is still being built.

  3. 03Previews as it’s built

You see the real system on a private link while it is being built, with your own data in it as early as possible. Changes are cheap at this stage, so this is where we make them.

  4. 04Your data moved across

Spreadsheets, an old system, email threads: the data comes with you, checked against the source so nothing is lost on the way.

  5. 05Launch, then care

Your team gets a walkthrough, and I stay on for fixes and new features, either on a monthly support plan or pay as you go.

FAQ

Questions, answered.

WordPress, Shopify or custom?

Whatever fits the business. Shopify for straightforward online shops, WordPress when you want to edit lots of content, and a custom build when the site needs to talk to your systems or be very fast.

Will the site be found on Google?

It will be built properly for search: structure, speed, metadata, schema and a page for each service you want to rank for. Rankings take time and depend on competition; Search Console is set up so you can watch it happen.

Can I edit it myself?

Yes. Text, images, products and posts are editable without code.

Can you rebuild our existing site without losing our Google rankings?

Yes. Old URLs are redirected to their new pages, and existing indexing problems (noindex pages, wrong canonicals, soft 404s) are found and fixed, as on ilmaaPure.
