Integrations

Type it once. See it everywhere.

Your website, inbox, WhatsApp, payments, calendar and accounts, connected so a change in one shows up in the others. Sometimes that’s a whole new system; often it’s the bridge between the tools you already have.

Sound familiar?

Your tools don’t talk, so your staff do the talking.

Copying orders from the shop into the stock sheet, payments from Stripe into the accounts, enquiries from the website into the CRM: it’s slow and it’s where mistakes come from.

  • Orders, payments and enquiries are copied between apps by hand.
  • Zapier-style chains break quietly and nobody notices for a week.
  • Two systems disagree and nobody knows which one is right.
What gets built

The parts, shaped to you.

Pick the ones you need. Each is built around how your team already works, then joined up on one set of data.

Website to CRM

Forms, calculators and abandoned quotes from Wix, WordPress or a custom site, straight into your system.

Email and messaging

Gmail, Outlook, WhatsApp, Messenger and Instagram filed against client records, with authenticated sending (SPF, DKIM, DMARC).

Payments

Stripe and VivaWallet for checkout, deposits, subscriptions and payouts, reconciled against invoices.

Calendars and files

Google Calendar and Drive kept in step with bookings, jobs and documents.

Shops

Shopify or WooCommerce orders and stock synced with your back office.

Two-way sync

Changes flow both ways, with conflict rules so the right version wins.

Monitoring

Health checks that email when a sync or a core loop fails, instead of failing silently.

Data migration

Moving from one system to another, with every record checked against the source.

How integrations work
A good fit if
  • Staff copy data between two or more apps every day.
  • You like your tools and don’t want to replace them, just connect them.
  • A no-code automation keeps breaking or has got too expensive.
Not the right call if
  • A simple one-way automation in Zapier or Make covers it. I’ll point you there.
How it runs

From first call to daily use.

The same five steps on every project, sized to yours.

  1. 01A short call or the quote builder

Tell me how the business runs today: the tools, the workarounds, the bit that drives you mad. The quote builder takes about five minutes and gives me a scoped brief.

  2. 02A fixed quote, in phases

I reply with a fixed price and a phase plan. The must-haves go first, so you are using the system while the rest is still being built.

  3. 03Previews as it’s built

You see the real system on a private link while it is being built, with your own data in it as early as possible. Changes are cheap at this stage, so this is where we make them.

  4. 04Your data moved across

Spreadsheets, an old system, email threads: the data comes with you, checked against the source so nothing is lost on the way.

  5. 05Launch, then care

Your team gets a walkthrough, and I stay on for fixes and new features, either on a monthly support plan or pay as you go.

FAQ

Questions, answered.

Can you connect our Wix or WordPress site to a CRM?

Yes. Storex’s Wix site feeds its system with quotes and abandoned quotes, and invoices sync both ways.

Is this better than Zapier or Make?

For simple one-way jobs those tools are great. Custom integrations make sense when the sync is two-way, business-critical, high-volume or needs rules a no-code tool can’t express.

Can WhatsApp be connected to our system?

Yes, through the official WhatsApp Business platform: incoming messages filed against clients, and reminders and updates sent from the system.

What if the other tool changes its API?

Integrations are monitored, and a failing sync raises an alert instead of failing silently. Fixes are covered by a support plan or done pay as you go.
