Booking systems

Bookings that run without the back-and-forth.

Clients book online within the rules you set, pay a deposit, get reminders on WhatsApp or SMS and land in your calendar and client records. No double bookings, fewer no-shows, no phone tag.

Sound familiar?

Every booking takes three messages too many.

Booking by phone and WhatsApp means back-and-forth, double bookings when two people take a slot, and no-shows nobody followed up.

  • Clients message after hours and wait until morning for a slot.
  • Two staff book the same room or the same person.
  • No-shows cost you, and there’s no deposit to cover them.
  • Booking apps don’t understand your rules: rooms, equipment, levels, travel time.
What gets built

The parts, shaped to you.

Pick the ones you need. Each is built around how your team already works, then joined up on one set of data.

Deposits and payments

Take a deposit or the full fee when booking, with refunds and cancellation rules.

Reminders

WhatsApp, SMS or email reminders, with confirm or reschedule links.

Waitlists

When a slot opens, the next person on the list is offered it automatically.

Recurring bookings

Weekly lessons, courses and treatment plans, rescheduled without starting over.

Calendar sync

Two-way with Google Calendar so staff see bookings where they already look.

How integrations work
A good fit if
  • Your booking rules are more than ‘pick a time’: rooms, levels, equipment, travel.
  • No-shows or double bookings cost you real money.
  • Bookings need to feed client records, invoicing or a portal.
Not the right call if
  • One person, one service, simple slots. A standard booking app will do, and costs less.
How it runs

From first call to daily use.

The same five steps on every project, sized to yours.

  1. 01A short call or the quote builder

Tell me how the business runs today: the tools, the workarounds, the bit that drives you mad. The quote builder takes about five minutes and gives me a scoped brief.

  2. 02A fixed quote, in phases

I reply with a fixed price and a phase plan. The must-haves go first, so you are using the system while the rest is still being built.

  3. 03Previews as it’s built

You see the real system on a private link while it is being built, with your own data in it as early as possible. Changes are cheap at this stage, so this is where we make them.

  4. 04Your data moved across

Spreadsheets, an old system, email threads: the data comes with you, checked against the source so nothing is lost on the way.

  5. 05Launch, then care

Your team gets a walkthrough, and I stay on for fixes and new features, either on a monthly support plan or pay as you go.

FAQ

Questions, answered.

Why not use a booking app like Calendly or Fresha?

If your rules are simple, you should. A custom system pays off when bookings depend on rooms, staff skills or equipment, when you need deposits on your terms, or when every booking has to feed client records and invoicing.

Can reminders go out on WhatsApp?

Yes, through the WhatsApp Business platform, alongside email and SMS. Qabbad sends nudges at 4, 24 and 72 hours by email, push and WhatsApp.

Can clients pay a deposit when they book?

Yes. Deposits, full payment or pay-later, with cancellation rules and refunds through Stripe.

Will it sync with our Google Calendar?

Yes. Bookings appear in the right staff calendars, and blocked time in a calendar can block slots online.

Can it be embedded on our existing website?

Yes. It can live on your current site, Wix and WordPress included, or on its own page on your domain.
