Sound familiar?

You’re on site all day. The quotes wait till night.

Trades lose work in the gap between the enquiry and the quote, and lose money in the gap between the job and the invoice.

  • Enquiries come by phone, WhatsApp and a form that may or may not work.
  • Quotes are priced at night in a spreadsheet.
  • The office doesn’t know what the crew did today until someone calls.
  • Progress invoices go out late because nobody had time.
What gets built

The parts, shaped to you.

Pick the ones you need. Each is built around how your team already works, then joined up on one set of data.

Lead capture

Every enquiry stored with a reference and sent to you, wherever it came from.

Takeoffs and pricing

Measurements in, priced lines out, from your own rate card, re-checked on the server.

Quotes clients can accept

A branded quote with an accept page and a deposit.

Jobs in stages

Staged schedules, checklists and sign-off per job type.

Crew app

GPS clock-in, timesheets, job checklists and photos and signatures from site.

Progress invoices

Deposits and stage payments raised as the job moves, with reminders.

Job costing

Labour and materials against the quote, so you know what each job made.

Client updates

Automatic updates when a job moves stage, so clients stop calling.

How integrations work
A good fit if
  • You quote more jobs than you have evenings for.
  • Crews work across several sites and the office needs to see it.
  • Jobs are billed in stages and cash flow depends on it.
Not the right call if
  • You run a one-person trade with a few jobs a month. A good invoicing app is enough.
How it runs

From first call to daily use.

The same five steps on every project, sized to yours.

  1. 01A short call or the quote builder

Tell me how the business runs today: the tools, the workarounds, the bit that drives you mad. The quote builder takes about five minutes and gives me a scoped brief.

  2. 02A fixed quote, in phases

I reply with a fixed price and a phase plan. The must-haves go first, so you are using the system while the rest is still being built.

  3. 03Previews as it’s built

You see the real system on a private link while it is being built, with your own data in it as early as possible. Changes are cheap at this stage, so this is where we make them.

  4. 04Your data moved across

Spreadsheets, an old system, email threads: the data comes with you, checked against the source so nothing is lost on the way.

  5. 05Launch, then care

Your team gets a walkthrough, and I stay on for fixes and new features, either on a monthly support plan or pay as you go.

FAQ

Questions, answered.

Can quotes be priced from measurements?

Yes. Takeoff quantities feed priced lines from your rate card, and the server re-prices every quote so totals can’t be wrong.

Does the crew need a special phone?

No. The crew app runs on ordinary Android phones and iPhones, and can be installed to the home screen.

Can clients accept a quote online?

Yes. They get a link to the quote, accept it, and the job is created.

Do you work with contractors outside Malta?

Yes. The concreting case study moved from Malta to Melbourne, and its site was relaunched for Australia in about two days.
