Sound familiar?

Where is it, who has it, and did we bill for it?

Storage and logistics run on knowing exactly what is where, for whom, and on what terms. Spreadsheets and paper don’t keep up.

  • Capacity is a guess until someone walks the warehouse.
  • Renewals and contract ends slip through.
  • The crew’s counts on site don’t match the quote.
  • Customers call to ask what you’re storing for them.
What gets built

The parts, shaped to you.

Pick the ones you need. Each is built around how your team already works, then joined up on one set of data.

Instant quotes

A space calculator on your website that feeds quotes into the system, including abandoned ones.

Client lifecycle

Onboarding, contract terms, renewals and a clean exit flow.

Warehouse map

An interactive unit map with capacity per warehouse.

QR labels

QR pallet and item labels, scanned in and out.

Logistics calendar

Collections and deliveries on a calendar synced to Google Calendar.

Crew app

GPS clock-in, timesheets, checklists, vehicle checks and item counts against the quote.

Invoicing and chasing

Recurring storage billing, bulk sending and an overdue-chasing ladder.

How integrations work
A good fit if
  • You store, move or deliver goods for customers on recurring terms.
  • You run crews and vehicles and need their work in the system.
  • Capacity and billing depend on knowing what’s where.
Not the right call if
  • You need a full freight-forwarding or customs platform. That’s a specialist product.
How it runs

From first call to daily use.

The same five steps on every project, sized to yours.

  1. 01A short call or the quote builder

Tell me how the business runs today: the tools, the workarounds, the bit that drives you mad. The quote builder takes about five minutes and gives me a scoped brief.

  2. 02A fixed quote, in phases

I reply with a fixed price and a phase plan. The must-haves go first, so you are using the system while the rest is still being built.

  3. 03Previews as it’s built

You see the real system on a private link while it is being built, with your own data in it as early as possible. Changes are cheap at this stage, so this is where we make them.

  4. 04Your data moved across

Spreadsheets, an old system, email threads: the data comes with you, checked against the source so nothing is lost on the way.

  5. 05Launch, then care

Your team gets a walkthrough, and I stay on for fixes and new features, either on a monthly support plan or pay as you go.

FAQ

Questions, answered.

Is this a product I can buy off the shelf?

No. It’s a custom system, built around how your operation runs. Storex is the proof that this kind of system works day to day.

Can our website calculator feed quotes into it?

Yes. Storex’s website calculator posts quotes straight in, including the ones visitors abandon.

Does the crew app work offline?

Tell me about your sites in the brief. Apps can be built to cope with weak signal and sync when they’re back online.

Can we keep our Wix website?

Yes. Storex kept its Wix site and the system syncs with it.
